A jury has retired in the trial of a lorry driver accused of killing a grandfather of six by driving dangerously.
The jury is considering its verdict in the case of Stefan-Alexandru Bloj at Southampton Crown Court.
The court was told how Bloj, 34, was the driver of a 44-tonne lorry which ploughed into the back of David Sullivan's Citroen van on the M271.

Mr Sullivan, 64, had slowed down on approach to Redbridge roundabout when the incident occurred.
Bloj is accused of causing death by dangerous driving with the prosecution alleging that he was watching videos on his phone at the time.
But he told the court that he was just listening to the shows and not watching the screen.
The incident took place at around 8.30am on November 17, 2020.
The trial began on Monday last week.
