The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

CHLOE ATKINS, 38, of Vantage Copse, Bursledon pleaded guilty to failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver. This related to a Nissan which was alleged to have been involved in an offence. Atkins was fined £120 and given six penalty points. She must also pay a £48 surcharge. 

KAYLEY BUTLER, 33, of Colne Avenue, Southampton admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Lymington. She was given a community order to run until February 13, 2025, with 15 days of rehabilitation activity and 80 hours of unpaid work. Butler was ordered to pay court costs of £85. 

DAVID YORKE, 62, of Dale Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to failing to comply with notification requirements on the sex offenders register. He was fined £260 and ordered to pay court costs of £85 plus a £104 surcharge.

HARRY HAMSON, 28, of Lymington Road, Brockenhurst pleaded guilty to drink driving on Burley Road, Brockenhurst. He was caught behind the wheel of a BMW with 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Hamson was bailed to appear at the same court on October 27.

ALEXANDER KASOTE, 35, of Heritage Way, Gosport admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Southampton. They were disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £1,000. Kasote must also pay court costs of £85 and a £400 surcharge.

ANDREI LACULICEANU, 21, of Lodge Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, driving whilst disqualified and two counts of drug driving. The offences all took place on the same day when Laculiceanu was behind the wheel of a Peugeot 206. He was bailed to appear at the same court on October 27 for sentencing. An interim disqualification was put in place in the meantime.
