The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

CHARLOTTE GIDDING, 31, of Hopper Road, Eastleigh, pleaded guilty to drink driving on Greatbridge Road, Romsey. She was caught with 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Gidding was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120. She must also pay £152 court costs and a £32 surcharge. 

EMMA FRY, 44, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton, admitted to assault by beating. She was bailed to appear at the same court on November 17 for sentencing. 

WILLIAM WILKES, 22, of Portswood Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to theft from a motor vehicle in Almra Road. He stole a Motorola mobile phone, cash, a Fitbit Watch and Ray-Ban sunglasses. Wilkes also admitted possessing a controlled drug of class B on Rockstone Lane, Southampton. He was remanded in custody to appear at the same court for sentencing on October 20.

STEVEN MOON, 50, of Fairlea Road, Lymington, admitted causing criminal damage to a wall, wardrobe and curtains at a property in Lymington. He also pleaded guilty to common assault. Moon was jailed for sixteen weeks and was made subject to a restraining order banning him from contacting his victim or going to Lymington. He must also pay a £154 surcharge. 

NATHANIEL FEARN, 42, of Paignton Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker at the allotments on Paignton Road. He was bailed to appear at the same court for sentencing on November 15, 2023.

GERALD MARCHMENT, 58, of Springfield Grove, Holbury, was found guilty of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was given a two-year conditional discharge and must pay £800 compensation. 

COLIN MORPETH, 43, of Rothbury Close, Totton, admitted drug driving on Rollestone Road, Holbury and driving with no insurance. He was bailed to appear at the same court on October 17 for sentencing.
