Motorists have been warned as high volumes of cruise passengers and football fans head to the city today.
Southampton City Council's highways team has told motorists to plan journeys in advance.
This is due to a high volume of cruise passengers expected in the city.
Saints will also kick off in their Championship match against Birmingham City at 12.30, with fans heading to St Mary's.
High volumes of cruise passengers are expected in the city with several cruise ships arriving/departing. Alongside this, #SaintsFC are at home today, playing #BCFC, kick off at 12:30pm. Please plan any journeys to the waterfront in advance as it will be busy. @SouthamptonCC

Carnival UK's Iona and Ventura will arrive and depart from the city today (Saturday, October 28).
Whilst Bolette and Sky Princess will arrive and depart tomorrow.
