A man has been charged with shoplifting, assault, and criminal damage.
Sam Hook, aged 38, of no fixed address, was charged on Tuesday with the following offences.
Possession of a knife in a public place on November 2, 2022, in Varos Close, Gosport.
Theft of toiletries from Savers on Gosport High Street on October 30, 2023.

Common assault at One Stop in Beauchamp Avenue, Gosport, on November 4, 2023.
Criminal damage at One Stop in Beauchamp Avenue, Gosport, on November 4, 2023, and criminal damage to a police cell on November 6, two days later.
A spokesperson for Hampshire police said: “He (Sam Hook) was remanded in custody to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court today.”
