The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
ROBIN RUSSELL, 37, of Portswood Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was bailed to appear at the same court on January 1 for sentencing.
CLARA CHAPLIN, 54, of The Dale, Waterlooville admitted drink driving on West End Road, Southampton. She was caught with 110 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Chaplin was bailed to appear at the same court on January 9 for sentencing. She was given an interim disqualification.
LAURENCE CUTHBERT, 35, of Riverdene Place, Southampton pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a shop. This relates to £64.70 worth of steak and coffee and £56.25 worth of meat stolen from Tesco in Southampton. Cuthbert was ordered to pay compensation to the value of the stolen items as well as an £80 fine.

MATTHEW SAYCE, 32, of St Contest Way, Marchwood pleaded guilty to drink driving in a Range Rover on Ringwood Road, Totton. He was caught with 84 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Sayce was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £604. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £242 surcharge.
ELYSIA KERWOOD, 34, of Mortimer Road, Botley admitted a charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver when required. She was fined £614 and received six points on her licence. Kerwood must pay £110 court costs and a £246 surcharge.
STEVEN BENHAM, 52, of Milner Court, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop having stolen £10.50 worth of beer from One Stop in Southampton. He received a six-month conditional discharge and must pay £10.50 compensation as well as £85 court courts.
ADAM MUNDY, 38, of Herrick Close, Southampton admitted possessing an offensive weapon in a private place, namely a knuckleduster, which was found at a property on Weston Grove Road. He was bailed to appear at the same court on January 3 for sentencing.
