Two more Hampshire hairdressers and beauty saloons have scooped prizes in the Salon Awards 2023.
As previously reported by the Echo, William Guy Hairdressing in Ringwood was awarded ‘Best Salon in Hampshire 2023’ during a ceremony at the Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s on November 5.
Georgia Martin, personal assistant to William Guy who first entered the salon industry 28 years ago, said the whole team was "incredibly happy".
She said: “Everyone at the salon has worked incredibly hard, it’s great to be recognised.
“We’re an independent salon and in the current climate, it can be tough for businesses, to attract and keep hold of clients.
Now two more businesses have been revealed as having won awards. They are ‘Head ‘n’ Hair’ a home-based saloon in Fareham, one of the winners of the best boutique salon.
On Facebook, the owner said: "I won best boutique salon of the year for Hampshire!
"Absolutely buzzing! Salon Awards thank you so much for the recognition of my hard work. My salon is my baby and every client who sits in my chair is special. I love you all.
The third business is Arcana Hair and Beauty which boasts of two locations in Winchester and Bedford Place in Southampton and won the ‘Best Customer Experience’ Award.
This is the third time the business has won in the category.
