The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

GAZMEND BICUKU, 42, of Newcombe Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was caught with 105 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He also admitted driving without a licence. Bicuku was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £640. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £256 surcharge. 

JAMIE JOHNSON, 31, of Sussex Road, Chandler's Ford admitted theft from a shop in that he stole £37.50 worth of alcohol from Co-Op in Southampton. He was ordered to pay £37.50 compensation and a £40 fine. He must also pay court costs of £85. 

JAMES POOLE, 30, of Bugle Street, Southampton admitted driving whilst disqualified in a VW Golf on Deacon Crescent, Southampton. He was banned from driving for 36 months and jailed for 20 weeks. He must pay £620 court costs as well.

DORIAN ISEBERI, 21, of Glebe Road, London admitted drug driving on The Avenue in Southampton. He was driving a Mercedes C200 when he was caught with Benzoylecgonine - a break-down product of cocaine - in his blood. He was given a 12-month driving ban and a 12-month conditional discharge. 

JOSHUA WALDER, 32, of The Thicket, Gosport pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance in a Suzuki GSR 750 on Grange Road, Gosport. He was given a one-year community order with 35 rehabilitation days and a 12-month driving ban. He must pay a £120 fine, £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.  

CHRISTOPHER SPEAR, 32, of Wimpson Lane, Southampton admitted drug driving a Ford Fiesta on Salisbury Road, Totton. He was caught with THC in his blood, a break-down product of cannabis. He also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and driving without insurance. Spear was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £150. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £60 surcharge.
