Minor injuries have been reported after a learner driver crash on Charles Watts Way in Hedge End.
Drivers have told that congestion is building on the busy road, which already has one lane blocked due to road works set to last for 14 weeks.
Police have opened up part of the blocked lane to allow for drivers to get around the crashed vehicles.
A spokesperson for Hampshire police said: “We were called to this at 11.44am today. Two cars were involved, and minor injuries have been reported.
Charles Watts Way was closed at the end of November to allow for 14 weeks of road works due to a landslip on the verge of the road.
