Motorists have been warned of traffic as Saints prepare to face Plymouth Argyle at St Mary's. 

Southampton City Council's highways team said the roads will become busier before and after the match as supporters travel to and from the ground. 

The championship match will kick off at 6pm with third-place Saints looking to extend their unbeaten run to 17 games

In a post on social media, the highways team said: "#SaintsFC are at home today, playing #pafc, kick-off at 6:00pm.

"Be aware that the roads will become busier before and after the match with supporters making their way to and from St Mary's Stadium."
