About Staplewood
Staplewood Campus opened for use officially in November 2014, with the main building dedicated to former owner Markus Liebherr.
Saints then spent just under £40million on redevelopment in 2017, before building a new gym to keep up with Premier League rivals in 2022.
The old gym, still kitted out, is sometimes used as a base for midweek media interviews with Saints players.
Sport Republic's new office overlooks the main training pitch, with access to a viewing platform for staff to oversee sessions.
The manager's office features a roundtable for coach discussions and a separate room for private one-to-one discussions.
Martin and his staff deliver team meetings and unit talks in the same auditorium media use for the manager's pre-match press conferences.
The idea behind Staplewood's layout is that youngsters progress up the site and through the age groups before reaching the first team facilities.
