A Southampton motorist who was caught speeding twice in three days on the M3 has been banned from driving.
Armando Chitu, 21, was first caught speeding when he was clocked by an automatic speed camera at 58mph.
He was travelling southbound between junctions 11 and 12 of the M3 near Otterbourne at the time.
The incident took place on March 3, 2023, whilst he was behind the wheel of a BMW.

But just two days later, he was caught again on the same stretch of road doing 67mph.
A 50mph variable speed limit was in place during both incidents.
Chitu, of Wolseley Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to two counts of exceeding a variable speed limit.
He was banned for six months and received seven points on his licence.
He must pay £300 in fines as well as £110 court costs and a £120 surcharge.
This has to be paid in full by February 15.
