A well-known pub on Eastleigh High Street is looking for a new manager.
Stonegate, the company behind big names such as Yates and Slug & Lettuce, is looking for someone to take on the bar at The Station in a five-year fixed term tenancy.
The Station has been located in the heart of Eastleigh town centre since former furniture shop, Cantor's, closed in 1996.
First opening under the name of The Litten Tree, for the last 28 years the pub has operated as a family food and drink venue, showing sporting events during the day.
In the evenings, the pub is popular with younger punters with a dance floor, games room and live music.

In 2016, The Litten Tree had a major £300,000 revamp, doubling its workforce and rebranding under the name of The Station.
The pub hosts a range of quiz nights, games nights and party nights, and has a capacity of up to 150.
Stonegate says the pub could make a potential turnover of £622,952 per year.
