Delays are building on Bitterne Road West after a power outage caused the traffic lights to stop working.

An engineer was called to look at the lights at Bitterne Road West's junctions with Bullar Road, Athelstan Road, and Cobbett Road yesterday afternoon (February 3).

The city council's highways team told residents on ion X, formerly known as Twitter, that temporary traffic lights had been installed in the area until the power returned.
