A manhunt has been launched for a man wanted on recall to prison.

Officers have been looking for Oswald Powell, 53, from Southampton and have been following various lines of enquiry to find him.

Police are now turning to the public for help to find Powell.

He is described as white, 5ft 7ins, with short brown hair which is greying at the sides, and blue eyes. He may now have a short stubbly/patchy beard.
