Police have released images of two men after £60 of alcohol was stolen from Asda in West End.

Officers are investigating the shoplifting which happened between 3.45pm and 4.05pm on February 11.

They have now released two images of the men as well as a description.

The first man was white, about 19, 5ft 10ins tall, and had dark, scruffy and greasy hair. He was wearing a black coat, grey hooded top and a red t-shirt, with blue jeans and black trainers.

The send man was white, about 65, 5ft 10ins tall, had grey hair and was wearing a black cap, long black coat, grey joggers and maroon trainers.

 police spokesperson said: “We believe the men in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge them, or anyone who knows their identity, to get in touch with us.

“Also, if you have information about this incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.

“You can do this by calling 101, or by reporting online via the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary website, quoting incident number 44240068305.”
