In Southampton's Old Town...

Over the Easter holidays, , get ready for an egg-citing adventure in Southampton's historic Old Town with a brand-new, free family trail.

Follow the map as it guides you through the charming streets and landmarks to discover several Easter eggs hidden along the way.

Each of the eggs will have a unique number of bunnies hidden in the colourful designs. Can you spot them all? Jot down the number you see, then bring your completed map to the final destination, The Star Hotel, where children will receive a small prize for all their hard work.

Runs until April 14.

On the Beaulieu River...

It's an egg hunt with a difference! Enjoy an Easter paddle along the Beaulieu River in stable Canadian style canoes. 

Spend time taking in the stunning scenery of the river before disembarking for an Easter egg hunt with a twist!

Ensure you look high and low, leaving no leaf unturned as your little ones hunt for those hidden chocolate eggs scattered along the riverside.

There’ll be tasty chocolate Easter eggs for everyone taking part, even Mum and Dad. 

At Mottisfont...

Make your way along Mottisfont's trail and find nature-inspired activities for the whole family. The trail takes place in the beautiful gardens from 10am to 5pm until April 14.

Prices are £3 per trail which includes an Easter trail sheet, bunny ears and chocolate egg.

Experience all the fun of a spring fete with Mottisfont's energetic Easter trail. Have a go at welly wanging, 'egg-sercises', bunny bowling and hoopla.
There'll be a craft activity to make and take home and a spring-themed selfie station, too.

At Longdown Activity Farm...

Who will find the platinum egg? The popular Longdown Golden Egg Hunt is back again this year, running over the bank holiday weekend.

There are 19 golden eggs to find every day, plus one very special platinum egg! There are no clues, and they are very hard to find. There will be a prize for those who are fortunate enough to find a golden egg, and an eggstra special prize awarded to the person who finds the platinum egg.

At Bucklers Hard...

Daily Echo: Easter egg hunt at Buckler's Hard

Come for the egg-stra special first Buckler’s Hard Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday from 11.30am.

There will be help with clues as you explore the village for large eggs, then collect your prize from Henry’s pub at the Master Builder’s House from a very special Easter guest.

At Marwell Zoo...

Daily Echo: The Easter bunny at Marwell

A visit to Marwell Zoo will be egg-stra special this Easter thanks to a host of seasonal activities including a very egg-citing visit from the Easter Bunny.

Marwell’s Det-egg-tive Trail will be running throughout the Easter break, until Sunday April 14, for wannabe sleuths to help find the cheeky egg thief.

The colourful trail will be free on the Marwell Zoo App. Paper copies, complete with a Marwell Zoo pencil will also be available for £2.50.

Help the Easter Bunny work out who the stolen eggs belong to and collect evidence to discover who is the Marwell egg thief.

Enter your answer at the end for a chance to win two adult and three child memberships!

Keep an eye out for hidden golden eggs around the park and scan the QR code for a chance to win an egg-cellent prize.

There will be garden games, a special Easter tipi photo op, plus candy floss and fresh hot doughnuts on the hall drive.

Little ones can meet the Easter Bunny and receive a special gift in an exclusive bunny den at Marwell Hall over the Easter weekend. 

At Exbury Gardens...

Enjoy Easter at Exbury over the bank holiday weekend. 

At this time of year, the Exbury bunnies get very excited as the flowers start to open all around. They are known to “borrow” flowers to decorate their burrows, so the gardeners have to use carrot kiosks to distract them! Can you help us check that they are all topped up and ready for action? Once you have completed your trail sheet, an egg-cellent prize awaits!

Carrot Capers trail sheets are £2.75 or £2.50 for members, available from the Visitor Entrance.

At Winchester Science Centre...
