A weather warning has been issued for Southampton tonight as the region is set to be battered by heavy rain.
The Met Office issued the yellow warning for rain ahead of the heavy downpour, which is due to last from 8pm until 11.45pm.
Due to the expected rain fall, the Met office has said that bus and train services are likely to be affected with journey times taking longer than usual.

Spray and flooding on roads are also expected to make journey times longer for motorists.
A spokesperson for the Met Office gave the following forecast: “Dry start to Easter Sunday, but rather cloudy. Some warm sunny spells developing however cloud will thicken through the day.
“Evening rain across eastern parts largely clearing north by midnight, then further rain spreading in from the southwest after midnight.
"Some clearer spells possible by dawn, with isolated mist patches. Minimum temperature 6 °C."
