WITH the Isle of Wight Senior (Gold) Cup at its quarter-final stage for most clubs left in the competition, a big crowd is expected at the Peter Henry Ground in Brading for tonight's (Tuesday) tie between the Romans and East Cowes Vics.

With both sides in good recent form, underdogs Brading Town, on their own patch and a traditionally tough side to beat in cup competitions, will feel they could cause an upset against the high-flying Wessex League Division 1 side.

Kick off is at 7.30pm.

In the Wessex League, Cowes Sports entertain Bournemouth Poppies at Westwood Park, with the kick off at 8pm.

In Division 1 of the Wessex League, Newport host Millbrook at Beatrice Avenue in East Cowes, with kick off at 7.45pm

In Combination 2 of the Island League, Ryde Saints Reserves are at home to Seaview Reserves, while Ventnor A play host to Niton Community Reserves.
