A man exposed himself and verbally abused members of the public in the city centre, police said.
Police were alerted shortly after 10pm on Tuesday night to reports that a man was indecently exposing himself and verbally abusing members of the public.
This happened at various locations in Southampton city centre, police confirmed.
Officers attended and found the man along Havelock Road.
A video was shared online of the naked man walking near Southampton Central Station.
He was sectioned under Section 136 of the Mental Health Act, police added.
