The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

JAMIE BANNON, 32, of Mayfield Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after £8.80 worth of food items were stolen from Co-Op. Bannon must pay a £40 fine, £40 court costs plus a £16 surcharge. 

DANIEL MOTT, 34, of Ashlett Road, Fawley admitted drink driving on Holbury Drive, Holbury. He was caught with 65 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £1,000. He was also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £400 surcharge. 

KERRY SMART, 41, of Irving Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, driving without a valid test certificate and drug driving on Franconia Drive, Nursling. She was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £200. Smart must also pay £85 court costs and an £80 surcharge.

ELICIA LE-BAS, 32, of Lower Brownhill Road, Southampton admitted to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. She was ordered to pay £150 compensation and a £150 fine. 

STEPHEN RODGER, 65, of HMP Coldingley pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing a controlled drug of Class A and one count of possessing a controlled drug of Class B. This relates to crack cocaine, heroin and cannabis which he had with him in Southampton. Rodger was given a three-month conditional discharge and an order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs. He must pay a £26 surcharge. 

PAVEL NOSKOV, 34, of Coxford Road, Southampton admitted to drink driving on The Avenue, Southampton. He was caught with 46 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Noskov was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £460. He was ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £184 surcharge.
