Now bosses have launched its latest menu - boating everything from grilled Mediterranean octopus with saffron potatoes and roasted garlic aioli to chalk stream trout with peas and broad beans.
Delicious dishes are matched perfectly with a great wine selection so there is always the perfect accompaniment available.
A particular treat that has returned to Figurati's menu is the prosciutto & burrata with truffled prosciutto and rocket.
For those looking for a sweet treat - the restaurant offers a mouth-watering range of desserts.
Plantation Rum Roasted Pineapple offers a tasty yet light option, while the Figurati Rocher - dark chocolate delice, hazelnut ganache, wafer, toasted hazelnut, chocolate and roasted hazelnut gelato - is a heavier choice.
