Firefighters have tackled a blaze that ripped through a double-decker bus.
Fire crews responded to the incident in Bordon, on Thursday, May 9.
Firefighters from Bordon, Liphook, Grayshott, and Alton were called to the incident at approximately 2pm.
Both the driver and the passengers in the vehicle were safely evacuated.
In a statement, a spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service, said: “The bus was destroyed in the fire which was extinguished by firefighters in breathing apparatus sets using jets and hose reels.

“The stop message came in shortly after 3pm.”

Following the bus fire, Hampshire County Council's highways team confirmed they responded to eight highways emergencies on the same day – including the fire.
Informing followers on X – formerly known as Twitter – the county council highways team said: “We responded to eight emergencies yesterday, including closed roads and applied treatment to a large oil spill following a vehicle fire.”
They added: “We also dealt with a partially fallen tree in Hythe.”
