A Southampton contractor firm has been hit with an £800 fine after it failed to disclose the name of a driver to police.
Solent Sealants Ltd, based at Bitterne Road East, Southampton, was fined after it failed to give information on the driver of a Mercedes.
The incident took place on May 15, 2023, after the vehicle was allegedly used to commit an offence.
But after a request for information was sent to the business address on April 13, 2023, the company did not provide a name.
