As a regular user of the M27 between home in Eastleigh and my Osteopathic practice in Fareham, I’m well aware of the stresses the M27 causes.

But in the last week I have noticed on all of the local Facebook community pages, of which I’m a member of about 12, members are complaining in droves.

I’ve seen literally dozens of users of the M27 saying they’ve been summonsed for speeding on the smart motorway bits when nearly everyone of them have said they don’t believe they were guilty.

Around 100 people and more surely cannot be wrong can they?

And most people are stating they can’t be bothered to contest it because its too much hassle.

This is costing them nearly £100 in fines or points and raised insurance.

I’ve not been caught but I’m incredulous by the probable wrong doing here. And we’re just the other side of the Post Office scandal.
