The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

DOMINIK BIELA, 39, of Macnaghten Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and driving whilst disqualified. He was driving a Ford Transit on Campbell Street, Southampton. Biela received an eight-week sentence suspended for 12 months with 20 rehabilitation days and 80 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified for 16 months and must pay £85 court costs. 

OBIDULLAH DUSTOKHEIL, 37, of Lime Street, Southampton admitted to theft from a shop after he stole £179.97 worth of handbags from TK Maxx. He was fined £100 and must pay £85 court costs. 

ERSID GLLUCAJ, 34, of HMP Maidstone pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class A, cocaine. He also admitted drug driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Upper Shaftesbury Avenue, Southampton. Gllucaj was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs. He must pay £85 court costs and a £48 surcharge.

DARREN SHERVINGTON, 44, of no fixed abode admitted a single charge of assault by beating in Southampton. He was jailed for 12 weeks. 

MARTIN WORRALL, 64, of Rose Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to sending an offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing message after he left a voice call. He was fined £40 and must pay £85 court costs plus a £16 surcharge. 

KRYSTIAN KNIAZ, 42, of Lundy Close, Southampton was found guilty of assault by beating. Kniaz received a six-month conditional discharge and must pay £185 court costs plus a £26 surcharge. 

MARTIN COLLIER, 61, of Portsmouth Road, Southampton admitted to driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance. He was in a blue Renault Megane on Bursledon Road, Bitterne. Collier was jailed for four weeks and was banned from driving for 12 months. He must pay £85 court costs.
