The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
LEWIS HOLMES, 26, of South East Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to threatening to damage or destroy property, namely windows in Southampton. Holmes received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £50 court costs.
JAMES POOLE, 30, of Bugle Street, Southampton admitted to two counts of driving whilst disqualified on Charles Watts Way, Southampton and Dundas Spur, Portsmouth. He also pleaded guilty to causing £605 worth of criminal damage to CCTV at Venture Industrial Park, Fareham Road, Gosport and theft of £4,590 worth of industrial flanges. Poole was banned from driving for 47 months and was jailed for 30 weeks. He must pay £250 compensation.
PHILIP HARVEY, 51, of Pennington Oval, Pennington admitted to assault by beating. He received a one-year community order with a 30-day accredited programme and 10 days of rehabilitation activity. He must also complete 80 hours of unpaid work and pay £85 court costs plus a £114 surcharge.

MICHAEL DICKSON, 40, of Mount View, Eastleigh pleaded guilty to three counts of drug driving in Southampton after he was stopped whilst driving a Ford Transit Connect on Bursledon Road, Southampton. This related to cocaine, benzoylecgonine and THC that was found in his blood. Dickson was given a one-year community order with 10 rehabilitation days and 80 hours of unpaid work. He was banned from driving for 24 months and must pay £85 court costs plus a £114 surcharge.
SEAN WEBB, 35, of Saunders Avenue, Salisbury admitted to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis in Southampton. He was fined £80 and must pay £85 court costs plus a £32 surcharge. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
CONNOR MATTHEWS, 18, of Roundhill Close, Southampton pleaded guilty to possessing a knife in a public place. This relates to an incident at Meggeson Avenue, Southampton. Matthews was given a one-year community order with 10 rehabilitation days and a £46 fine. He must also pay £40 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
