The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
DANIEL GREGORY, 32, of Portsmouth Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to two counts of driving whilst disqualified on the A326 and Queensway in Southampton. He also admitted to failing to provide a specimen for analysis and failing to cooperate with a preliminary test. He received a 12-week sentence suspended for 18 months with 25 rehabilitation days and an 18-month driving ban. Gregory was ordered to pay £40 court costs.
JAKE PARR, 36, of Charles Street, Stockport admitted two counts of assault by beating, one in Southampton and one in Stockport. Parr was given a one-year community order with 25 rehabilitation days and a £233 fine. He was ordered to pay £620 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
ANTHONY PARKER, 61, of Thornhill Park Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Dryden Road, Southampton. He was given a one-year community order with 12 rehabilitation days and a £120 fine. He must pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.

VALENTIN MOISESCU, 26, of The Parkway, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified in a Citreon C3 on Seagarth Lane, Southampton. Mosescu was fined £323 and received six points. The 26-year-old must pay £85 court costs and a £129 surcharge.
SHELBY MARCHANT, 31, of Surrenden Road, Brighton admitted to drink driving at Pylewell, East End, Lymington. She was caught with 81 micrograms in 100ml of her breath. Marchant was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £120. She must also pay £85 court costs and a £48 surcharge.
RYAN DAVIES, 25, of Spring Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating and assault by beating of an emergency worker. Davies was given a nine-month conditional discharge and must pay £200 compensation. He must also pay £85 court costs.
