Drivers have been warned as a busy Southampton road is shut for repair work.
The city council's highways team has warned motorists as work starts on Waterloo Road in Freemantle.
As part of plans to install a zebra crossing, repairs are taking place between 7am and 5pm today.

Residents will still be able to access their properties due to a gatekeeper.
Drivers are being told to plan journeys in advance.
The closure runs from the junction with Park Road to just before its junction with Varna Road where the crossing is due to be installed.
