Motorists have been warned of an impending road closure as works are set to take place on the Itchen Bridge tonight.
A road closure will be in place between 8pm tonight and 6am tomorrow morning, with staff from Balfour Beatty replacing a utility cover on the bridge.
Informing followers on X, formerly known as Twitter, a spokesperson for Southampton Travel said: “We are due to complete overnight works to replace a utility cover along the Itchen Bridge tonight (Wednesday 28 August).”
