A Morrisons store in Totton was hit by burglars for the second time in two weeks.
Thieves made off with cigarettes and tobacco in the break-in, which happened just before 2am on Monday morning.
The raid left one window at the Longstock Crescent store broken.
The shop was closed for much of the morning as staff worked to fix the damage, but it reopened just before 11am.
It comes just two weeks after the store was hit by burglars who also made off with cigarettes.
In the previous raid, on August 19, a Co-op store in Ashurst was also hit.

A neighbour who lives near the store was awoken by the commotion shortly before 2am on Monday, and knew what was happening after the previous incident.
She said: “I heard banging and I knew what was happening. It was 1.55 when they arrived. You know straight away at that time of the night. I called the police straight away.
“They know it’s easy. Look at the frontage they can be in and out. They were gone by 2am. They knew what they wanted.
“I read for about an hour, I just couldn’t sleep I was so hyped up.”
Local resident, Jean Frances Taylor, 90, who has lived in the area for 60 years, was shocked when she learned of the second burglary.
She said: "This is the first time I heard of it, maybe because I wasn’t in at the time before.
"It’s just across the road from me, it’s going to make you feel a little bit more apprehensive."
Another resident, Amy Rieder, 38, was more resigned.
She said: "I slept right through it this morning.
"I only realised what had happened this morning when I looked out my kitchen window and could see it.
"We just get used to these things now.
"Until they get caught nothing really is going to get done."
