A tree surgeon firm has been slapped with a £700 fine after it failed to tell police the name of a driver.
Langley Arboriculture Ltd, based at Romsey Road, Cadnam, was found guilty of failing to provide information relating to the identification of a driver.
This followed an incident where a Land Rover was alleged to have been used in committing an offence.
A letter was sent to the firm on March 17, 2023, by first-class post, with a follow-up letter sent on April 17, 2023.
Despite this, the court heard there was no acceptable response.
