A man is due in court after police were called to a van being driven 'erratically'.
Wilder Lopez, 57, of South Street, Gosport has been charged with drink driving after a vehicle was stopped in Gosport on Thursday (September 6).
In a post on social media, officers said they were called by a member of the public due to 'erratic driving'.
A van was stopped at the side of the road by police.
Lopez has now been bailed to appear before Portsmouth Magistrates' Court on September 26.
A spokesperson said: "As with previous incident we have to thank you, the public, that bring these matters to our attention, please keep calling us."
