Two people were injured in a crash between a van and car.

The vehicles crashed on the B3334 Rowner Road, Gosport, yesterday afternoon.

Police say that minor injuries were caused to two people.

The road was temporarily closed for emergency services to manage the scene.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "We were called at 4.57pm to reports of a collision involving a car and a van on the B3334 Rowner Road, Gosport.

"The road was closed temporarily while emergency services worked at the scene.

"Two people sustained minor injuries."
