Passengers flying from Southampton Airport will soon be able to fly with more luggage at no extra cost.
Aer Lingus is extending its 10kg carry-on baggage policy across all Aer Lingus Regional flights from March 3, 2026.
Aer Lingus offers flights to Dublin and Belfast from Southampton Airport.

Susanne Carberry, chief customer officer at Aer Lingus, said: "Our 10kg carry‑on baggage policy is all about giving customers greater choice, convenience and flexibility.
"We know our customers value the assurance that this policy brings.
"In response to customer feedback, we’re now extending this policy across the Aer Lingus Regional network.
"Whether it’s a quick business trip or a longer break, our policy ensures all customers have the option to travel with a 10kg bag at no extra cost."
The policy applies to bags measuring up to 55cm x 40cm x 24cm.
Passengers can either check the bag in for free or pay a fee to carry it on board.
