Cruises from the city will span 11 to 14 nights, visiting destinations across the British Isles and Northern Europe, with the vessel set to return for another season in 2027.
It also marked the start of this year’s Cruise Career Springboard programme, with 36 students boarding the ship for an introductory visit.
Participants from Itchen College, NESCOT, and Farnborough Technical College will take part in an eight-week scheme exploring careers at sea.
The ship features a large theatre, a casino, cinema and several lounges, pools, hot tubs and a fitness centre.
