CCTV has been released after maintenance equipment was stolen during a burglary at a New Milton crematorium.

Hampshire police are appealing for information after a burglary at New Milton crematorium on Monday, April 20.

At around 9am, storage containers at the site were broken into and equipment used to maintain the grounds was stolen.

Items taken included lawn mowers, rollers, strimmers, leaf blowers and a pressure washer.

A spokesperson for Hampshire police said: "As part of our ongoing investigation, we are now issuing an image of a man we would like to identify and speak to.

"If you know who this is, please call 101 quoting reference 44260132191."
