A new group is helping mums find friendship and support right on their doorstep.
The Mum Club, now launched in Southampton, is a nationwide network of in-person meet-ups designed to put mothers first and foster genuine connections.
Lauren Webber and Jessica Lawes, founders of The Mum Club, said: "Good mum friends are essential when you have children, but they're not always easy to find.

"When we had our babies, we'd go to classes where the children were entertained, but we'd leave without making real connections.
"We created The Mum Club so no mum would ever have to feel that way."
The Mum Club offers a variety of events including brunches, coffee clubs, walks, and fitness classes, all aimed at helping mums connect.
Events are welcoming and inclusive, whether guests arrive solo or bring their children, and are open to first-time and experienced mums alike.
