Every week, the Daily Echo publishes death notices and funeral announcements from the families of loved ones who have passed away.
As well as appearing in print, our death notice pages will remain online as a lasting tribute to the memory of those we have lost.

Angela and Peter Gibbard
We are very sad to announce that Angela and Peter Gibbard from Horton Heath, have passed away within a week of each other at the end of March. There will be a Celebration of Life on Monday 1st June at 12.30pm at The Hinton Woodland Burial Ground BH23 7EJ and afterwards at The Walker Arms, New Milton, BH25 6JJ. RIP.

It is with great sadness that the children of Brian, announce that their dad fell asleep most peacefully in Our Lord Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, 6th May, 2026, aged 98 years. A much loved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, he was born in Southampton in 1927 and retired to Gurnard, Isle of Wight in 2000.
