Drivers warned as 11 ships in Southampton this weekend

A busy weekend is in store for Southampton as 11 cruise ships are scheduled to visit the city between Friday and Sunday.

Today, Friday, May 29, will see four vessels arrive, including P&O Cruises’ Britannia and Cunard’s Queen Anne, both due at 5.45am before departing at 4pm.

Celebrity Apex is due at 6.30am and will also leave at 4pm.

On Saturday, May 30, Ventura is scheduled to arrive at 5.15am before departing at 6.30pm, while Iona is set to arrive at 6.15am and leave at 5pm.

MSC Virtuosa is due in at 6.15am and will remain in port until 8pm, while Sky Princess is expected to arrive at 6.30am before departing at 4pm.

On Sunday, May 31, Norwegian Star is scheduled to arrive at 4.30am and depart at 5pm, while Arvia and Liberty of the Seas are both expected into Southampton at 5.15am before departing at 5pm.

Marina is due to arrive at 7am and depart at 9pm.
