Some of UK's biggest cruise ships in port this weekend

Southampton is set for a busy weekend as 10 cruise ships arrive at the city's port.

The first arrivals on Friday, June 5, are Queen Anne at 5.30am, Britannia at 5.45am and Queen Mary 2 at 6.30am.

The ships are scheduled to depart at 5.30pm, 4.30pm and 4pm respectively. Seven Seas Grandeur will then arrive at 9.30am and remain in port overnight before departing at 5pm on Saturday.

Saturday, June 6, will see Insignia arrive at 5.15am, followed by MSC Virtuosa at 6am and Celebrity Apex and Iona at 6.15am.

Departure times on Saturday range from 4pm to 7pm.

The schedule continues on Sunday, June 7, with Norwegian Sky arriving at 4.30am.

P&O Cruises' Arvia and Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas are both due into port at 5.45am.

Norwegian Sky and Liberty of the Seas are scheduled to depart at 4pm and 5pm respectively, while Arvia will leave at 5pm.
