A Southampton-based independent learning provider has been rated by Ofsted.
Kiwi & Yuzu Ltd, which offers apprenticeships and adult learning programmes, was praised for its practice.
The service, which includes 145 apprentices and 147 adult learners, was found to have a "strong standard" in adult learning programmes and an "expected standard" in apprenticeships.
Inspectors found that "learners and apprentices feel welcomed and very well supported at Kiwi & Yuzu."

They also noted that "staff genuinely care about them, noting positively how they regularly check on their wellbeing alongside the progress they are making on their courses."
The report highlighted the provider's strong safeguarding standards, stating that "the safeguarding standards are met."
This means that leaders and those responsible for governance and oversight fulfil their specific responsibilities and have established an open culture in which safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
The report also praised the provider's strong relationships with employers, stating that "employers value the contributions apprentices make at work, recognising that they become more productive and can take on additional responsibilities because of their training."
The provider was also commended for its high apprenticeship achievement rate, with most apprentices, including those with barriers to learning, achieving their apprenticeship.
However, the report did highlight some areas for improvement, including the need to improve the achievement rates on a small number of level 3 apprenticeships, where too many apprentices leave early.
