Every week, the Daily Echo publishes death notices and funeral announcements from the families of loved ones who have passed away.
As well as appearing in print, our death notice pages will remain online as a lasting tribute to the memory of those we have lost.

Ray passed away peacefully on 21st June 2026, aged 80. A much loved husband, father and friend, whose warmth, kindness, cheeky sense of humour and love of life will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Anita passed away peacefully at home in Wellow on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 aged 87 years. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her both in this country and around the world. Her funeral service will take place in St Margaret's Church – Wellow, on Monday 6th July at 1pm.

Passed away peacefully on Saturday 20th June 2026, aged 96. She spent her formative years in the villages surrounding Basingstoke, before going on to live and work in Southampton for over 65 years.
