Police stopped and searched two teenagers after reports of anti-social behaviour and suspected drug use, finding drugs.
Officers found cannabis when they searched two boys, aged 16 and 17, near Whitewater Rise in Dibden Purlieu.
Police returned both boys to their parents and said they would consider the "most appropriate outcome".
Police Sergeant Wilshere said: "This is a great example of the positive results that can come from reporting concerns to us.
"From the time the report was received to neighbourhood officers arriving on scene was just six minutes.
"As I mentioned during my recent Q&A session, there will be occasions when we are unable to attend incidents as quickly due to demand and risk elsewhere.
"However, we will always do our best to respond and tackle the issues that matter to our communities."
