A 28-year-old man has been charged with five offences following a road-related incident in Ringwood.
Quincy Rufus Digby Hopkins, of no fixed abode, was charged following an incident on Parsonage Barn Lane on Wednesday, August 19.
He has been charged with dangerous driving, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third-party insurance and breaching a criminal behaviour order.

Hopkins appeared at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, August 20.
He was remanded in custody following the hearing.
He is due to appear at Southampton Crown Court on Thursday, September 17.
The charges relate to the road-related incident on Parsonage Barn Lane.
Hopkins is accused of the offences and has not been convicted.
