A commercial property consultancy has completed a flurry of deals.
Vail Williams, which has an office in Southampton’s Ocean Village, recorded a "strong quarter" of transactions across the Solent region, covering industrial, office and investment sectors.

Recent deals include the sale of a long leasehold warehouse at Hardley Industrial Estate in Hythe and the letting of a 2,222 sq ft unit at Midas Business Park in Swanwick.
Vail Williams also has offices in Bournemouth and Portsmouth.
