A dispersal notice has been issued to tackle anti-social behaviour in Southampton.
The notice is in place in the St Marys area, and empowers police to remove individuals suspected of causing trouble for up to 48 hours.
It is valid from 9.30am today until 9.30am on Thursday.
The move is part of the 'building a brighter future' project aimed at reducing crime, including drug-related issues and anti-social behaviour which has been affecting residents.

Officers from Bargate Neighbourhood Policing Team and Southampton Neighbourhood Enforcement Team are enforcing the order in the area.
Residents with concerns are encouraged to approach officers or contact them via 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
A spokesperson for Hampshire police said: "It allows officers to disperse anyone that they suspect to be causing anti-social behaviour or contributing to criminality in the area for up to 48 hours from the point of dispersal."
