JASON SINGLETON, 27, of Wilton Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, cannabis, in Southampton on April 1. Fined £40, and the cannabis was forfeited and will be destroyed.

AIDAN COOPER, 21, of Moot Lane, Downton, pleaded guilty to drug driving after being caught over the limit of THC, a breakdown cannabi metabolite, while driving an Audi A1 on Romsey Road in Cadnam on November 10, 2025. Also admitted driving without insurance and driving without a licence. Disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £733 and must pay costs of £85 and a £293 victim surcharge.

PIOTR WOJEWODKA, 66, of Lodge Road, Southampton, found guilty of driving without insurance after being behind the wheel of a Jaguar on Andersons Road in Southampton on July 14, 2025 without a valid policy. Disqualified from driving for six months and given eight penalty points. Also fined £660 and ordered to pay costs of £650 and a £176 victim surcharge.

JAMES SHEATH, 40, of Wilton Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to four charges of breaching a sexual harm prevention order after installing Snapchat on August 8, deleting three messages from WhatsApp between August 11 and 14, using the disappearing messages function on Whatsapp on August 15 and failing to register a YouTube username with police. Given conditional bail ahead of next hearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court on October 16.

ANDREW PORTELLI, 56, of Shakespeare Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to two charges of breaching a sexual harm prevention order after deleting Whatsapp messages between May 4 and August 17, and failing to register a eBay username with police. Remanded in custody pending next hearing at Southampton Crown Court on September 30.

DANIEL BOYER, 35, of Station Approach, Romsey, pleaded guilty to two charges of breaching a sexual harm prevention order in Southampton between July 5 and August 14. Remanded in custody pending next hearing at Southampton Crown Court on October 5.

GEOFFREY LINTOTT, 47, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton, pleaded guilty to 13 charges of shoplifting between January and April, after stealing items including washing up liquid, milkshakes, coffee, Easter eggs, Huel, and a dog lead. Given a 12-month community order, including a three month mental health treatment order, ten rehabilitation activity days. Also ordered to pay £64.98 in compensation.
