AN armed robber held up a Hampshire bank today before escaping with cash on a push bike.
The man burst into the Abbey bank in Bitterne Precinct, Southampton, at around 4.50pm this afternoon and pointed a gun at staff.
He demanded a cashier fill a bag with money before escaping on a bicycle.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen the robber to contact Bitterne CID on 0845 045 45 45 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
