Council clear up parking restrictions
WINCHESTER civic chiefs have clarified the current restrictions on use of Tower Street multi-storey car park.
For up to nine weeks it will only open to season ticket holders, during the chargeable period to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays. However, in the evenings the car park will be open to all as usual, the city council has confirmed.
The measure is to allow for a speedier completion to the refurbishment of Ashburton Court.
